Appraisal Services

Tammac Credit maintains a large list of approved appraisers in the states and counties we serve. We manage the process of assigning appraisals, ensuring true and accurate information, monitoring turnaround time and conducting a quality control audit procedure.

Listed below are the types of appraisals managed by Tammac Credit:

Single Family

All single family appraisals are completed on the 1004 URAR form and are completed within three to five business days of the appointment date

Drive By

The turnaround time for this type of appraisal is 72 hours from the receipt of the order. This will vary depending upon the need for both interior and exterior inspections. This appraisal is completed on the 704 or 2055 forms.

Condominium

The FNMA 1073 form is used for this type of appraisal.

Multi-Family

Three and four family property appraisals are completed on the 1025 Small Residential Income Property form. We can also appraise vacant land in anticipation of new construction, whether it be a mobile home, modular or stick built.

Mobile Home

A Mobile Home appraisal form must be completed in full, including the addendum.

Commercial Property

Tammac Credit also processes commercial property appraisals on a quote basis.
